Since 2005, I’ve dedicated myself to the world of fitness as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, specializing in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance. In 2022, I discovered Pilates while seeking relief from persistent back issues. The reformer quickly became a game-changer, offering me new ways to engage my core effectively and safely through adaptable bodyweight exercises.

Pilates, especially on the reformer, has seamlessly integrated into my fitness regimen, filling a crucial gap in my journey towards optimal health. With a deep-rooted passion for human anatomy and physiology, I find immense joy in pushing physical boundaries and achieving that transcendent feeling after a challenging workout.
